S960QL steel is high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered delivery state.
For S960QL steel plate tolerance the basic requirements shall be in according with EN 10029, including thickness tolerances to class A, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order.
S960QL steel plate could be through the -40 temperature impact and the energy is 30J.
